How Do We Work?

I am working in co-operation with The Coaching Company (www.thecoachingcompany.com.tr) for purposes of corporate/executive coaching and leadership and other corporate trainings in Turkey.

We work with a team spirit and provide executive coaching services and leadership training services. After evaluating the needs of a company we also create tailor made training programs and workshops including one to one coaching sessions or group coaching.

We strictly comply with all the professional ethical rules of coaching and work with our clients on the basis of full trust, confidentiality and privacy.
