Human Nature and Progress have always been two key subjects I was interested in starting from my university years. Although I graduated from law school and became a lawyer in the first half of my life, my curiosity about human nature and the reasons behind our actions as well as my belief that we shouldn’t leave this world as the same beings we came here shaped my long term vision at the later stages of my legal profession.

Even when I was practicing as a lawyer, I was trying to be a guide to my peers or employees in my best intellectual and spiritual capacity. In parallel to my vision, I have left legal practice after 16 years and became an executive coach, mentor and consultant following completion of many trainings. I believe we are all entrusted with unique talents and powers; all we have to do is to discover or remember these and to reach our core values and core power, if required, by asking the same questions again and with perseverance. If each person on the world “thinks” healthy, “feels” healthy and “acts” healthy, there would be less need for doctors, lawyers and mediators or at least their jobs would be easier. I believe my mission is to help and contribute to people and organizations for an improved mental, emotional and actual wellness which would make the world a better place. With this mission, in the last 6 years, I am working on matters which I truly love to work on, in a way to create value, based on my achievements as an attorney, a mediator and as a coach. I am coaching and mentoring in my areas of specialty as you see on this website.

As of the end of 2018, I am based in California. I will continue my profession in America, with the same principles and ethics this time in a new environment with new opportunities and representing Turkish women in the best way that I can. Whatever comes next, I will continue with my values, vision and without giving up on learning, discovering, sharing and producing. I also wish you never give up on your vision, dreams, values, principles and things that you do with passion and you will take care of the rest with ease.
